What's new

API and platform updates, newest first. Breaking changes are announced here at least thirty days before they take effect.

ImprovedEscrow

Seller registration contract tightened

Registering a seller now requires the settlement bankCode alongside the account, business and identity fields — the contract marks them required instead of accepting partial submissions. Transaction responses no longer include sellerBusinessName; read the business name from the seller record instead.

NewWallet

Reverse a transaction

Transfers can now be reversed by reference. A reversal re-credits the source wallet and settles as its own transaction, so it appears in downloads and status checks like any other movement.

ImprovedEscrow

Dispute evidence accepts documents

Evidence uploads on disputes now accept PDF alongside images, and the upload limit rises to 10 MB per file. Existing integrations need no changes — the request shape is unchanged.

Requery no longer returns stale status for cancelled codes

Requerying a payment code shortly after cancelling it could report the code as still active. Requery now reads the same record cancellation writes, so the two can no longer disagree.

ImprovedVirtualPay

Signed callback notifications

Payment callbacks now carry an HMAC signature header so you can verify a notification came from us before crediting an order. Unsigned callbacks continue during a six-month transition window.

ImprovedWallet

Fee quotes before debit

The fees operation now quotes wallet-to-wallet and other-bank transfers from one request, so you can show the customer the full cost before you debit. Pair it with a name enquiry for a complete pre-flight check.
