Wallet
Open wallets, move money, pay bills and airtime.
Wallet is the Partner API: it opens and operates the wallets your customers hold. A wallet starts at Tier 1 — validate the person, poll the verification, create the account — and moves to Tier 2 through a document upload the bank reviews.
Money moves on three rails from one request model: wallet-to-wallet, wallet-to-Access, and
wallet-to-any-bank over NIP. Run a name enquiry before any payout and quote fees before you
debit. Balances can also be held and released — the two-step lock that backs escrow-style flows
without moving funds.

Wallet operations are documented as paths under /Onboarding, /WalletManagement, /Transaction and /Bills. The Partner API host is issued with your sandbox keys.
